All orders placed with us are shipped as soon as possible. Normal production times are usually within 10 working days. All orders are shipped by either USPS or UPS Ground. Faster shipping is available upon request. Please Note: Some items may require an additional surcharge based on weight or size of product. Prices In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to mistake or typographical or other error, we will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted. Payment All payments must be made by credit card. No other payment methods are currently accepted, although we will soon offer PayPal as another option. If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, please follow our return policy. Returns can only be made 30 days after receiving your product(s). Special Orders may not be returnable. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition, and free from scratches and defects.
